Começo por um que está mesmo no topo da minha lista. A maioria dos filmes de que gosto está quase sempre associada a música. E nada como um filme que celebra Mozart - um dos melhores compositores de sempre. Refiro-me ao filme "Amadeus", para mim um excelente filme vencedor de 8 Óscares da Academia e merecidamente entregues, nomeadamente a F. Murray Abraham como melhor actor e no papel de Salieri.
O filme conta a história de Mozart (um pouco misturada em factos reais e ficcionais) mas sobretudo da inveja de um homem, Salieri, que ambiciona ser tão bom compositor quanto Mozart. Ao mesmo tempo, não compreende como o talento "divino" está entregue a uma figura vulgar como Mozart - um homenzinho ridículo, cheio de vícios e pecados. Ele, Salieri, assume uma postura de homem temente a Deus, mas chega ao ponto de se virar contra a identidade divina e decide vingar-se.
O enredo baseia-se um pouco no boato que foi criado em torno da morte de Mozart. Terá sido envenenado? Se foi, Salieri teria sido o seu assassino? É certo que muitas das situações não são verdadeiras, como o facto de ter sido Salieri a ajudar Mozart a terminar o Requiem de Mozart. No entanto, Mozart teria sido mesmo, segundo testemunhos históricos, uma pessoa jocosa. Até mesmo a gargalhada ridícula que vemos era verdade.
Ah esqueci-me de referir mais uma coisa. Acho que os Óscares da Academia se esqueceram de entregar o Óscar para um dos papéis principais: a música que surge do princípio ao fim e que é o principal instigador de todas os amores, ódios e invejas que realçam toda a trama. É melhor não dizer mais nada... “Let´s look at a trailer!”
I've moved this subject about movies that I keep with great care to this space, as a way of sharing them around here.
I begin with one that is on the top of my list. The majority of the movies that I really like are a bit associated with music. And nothing like a movie that celebrates Mozart – one of the best music composers of all time. The movie is “Amadeus” - for me an excellent movie, winner of 8 Oscars and it is really well given. Specially to F. Murray Abraham as the best actor for the part as Salieri.
The film tells the story of life of Mozart when he moves to Vienna. It’s a bit mixed with real and fictional events. However the real story is around a sinister composer – Salieri who gives an entire devotion to God in order to have the same talent as Mozart’s. At the same time, he doesn’t understand why that divine music comes from a ridiculous figure, full of sins and vices. At one point of the story Salieri turns against God himself and decides to revenge.
The plot is based on a sinister rumour around Mozart’s death. Was he poisoned? If he was, was Salieri his murderer? Its is certain that some aspects are not real as the scene in which Salieri helps Mozart finishing the Requiem. However, its is told that Mozart was that funny person with a very loud laugh.
Ah I forgot one thing to mention! I believe that the Academy forgot to give an Oscar to one of the main roles – the music. It appears from the beginning to the end and it is the main character that moves the loves and hates in all plot. It’s better not to say anything else. Let’s look at a trailer!
